Action for Happiness encourages each of us to live more compassionately and put the happiness of others at the centre of our lives. This is the path to lasting peace and happiness.”

The 8 week course “Exploring what matters” is organised in cooperation with the Action For Happiness Foundation, which goal it is to actively involve people locally with spreading happiness.

The science of happiness

Exploring What Matters is based on recent scientific research and intercultural wisdom. The course consists of 8 weekly sessions of 2,5 jours, in which you, next to gaining knowledge about what makes people happy, also engage in lively conversations with other participants about what you can do to be happy and how you can spread this happiness together.
